Stakeholder Analysis And The Art Of Listening With Melissa Sherman

She is also an industrial engineer, longtime Lean practitioner, teacher, and consultant. Melissa spent years with utility companies before moving into consulting work that often brings Lean together with ISO standards. The Current State of Continuous Improvement with Ken Robinette

Scary Statistics Made Simple with Thomas DeMarco
