Description

The boys chuck some news stories and ideas from this past week into the time capsule to be dug up in 20 or 50 years. And then welcome in guest extraordinaire Mark Pinkaow of Mark Thai Food Box. You might know "Uncle" Mark from his and his wife's years of restaurants serving all over the Seattle area. Mark has been involved with Thai food and restaurants in New York, Las Vegas and all over the greater Seattle area. It's in his DNA, and he does it well. He feeds the boys and as they discuss food, flavors, spice and his homeland. Don't forget to like, subscribe, comment and share. Big thanks to Dunce Cap Games and TJ Mart for sponsoring this episode! Much love!

R-Town Podcast - Episode 178 - Gen X Round Table: Part One

This week the boys are trying something a little different this week. The show is hosting some old and new friends to talk about all things Generation X, the movies, music, cars, 1st jobs, bullies, and more! We've got past guests: comedian Kate Carlson Carlsen, CM Ed Prince, musician Ray Smalley and old friend Pete Lindstrom. Gen X is regarded as those born between 1965 and 1980. Our childhoods in the 70’s and 80’s, our becoming adults during the 90’s and all downhill by the turn of the century. But, that doesn’t define who we are. Gen X is sort of that weird generation between boomers and millennials. Children of the Silent Generation (my parents) and older Baby Boomers. Often times associated with aloofness and characterized by independence, self-reliance and adaptability. To that we say: “Your mama.” Subscribe, like, comment, share, yadda, yadda.

R-Town Podcast - Episode 176 - We Almost Had Slinky!

We had and then lost our guest this week, but we'll bring you Captain Slinky's Awesomely Asinine 45-Minute Trivia Hour sometime in July. So, this week, we drop some ideas and news in the time capsule, so we don't have to think too hard on them for 20 or 50 years, then chat about things going on in our worlds. Come join us on this thing called life! Don't forget to subscribe, comment and share.
