June is packed with opportunities to get outdoors and explore at the Cape Girardeau Conservation Nature Center. Nature Center Manager Laci Prucinsky highlights a variety of free programs designed to help people of all ages connect with Missouri’s natural resources, including Squirrel Hunting 101, Squirrel Cleaning 101, Yoga at the Nature Center, a Native Plants Wild Foraging Hike, and Cooking in Nature classes. The center also offers hands-on exhibits, nature trails, wildlife viewing areas, and family-friendly activities throughout the month, making it a great destination for summer learning and outdoor recreation. Prucinsky encourages area residents to take advantage of these educational and engaging programs and discover all the Cape Nature Center has to offer this June.
