What is Fasting? Should we do it?

Joey, Steve, and Nathan explore what fasting is—and isn’t—and whether the Bible actually calls us to practice it. Along the way, they discuss practical considerations and how our church will observe fasting during Holy Week.

Is the flood account plausible?
