I've highlighted the steps below that I follow to make my speaking/output better: French 50% speaking (2hrs) * free talking and reviewing what I want to say. Record myself speaking -1hr * Structured talking - reviewing what I wanted to say and reading when lost for words. Also, using sentence flashcards with audio and repeating pronunciation-1hr 50% listening (2hrs) * Listening to Comprehensible Input in French - 1hr * Watching French cartoon which I have seen in English - 1hr Japanese 50% speaking (2hrs) * free talking - recording myself speaking and correcting pronunciation or unnatural sentences-1hr * Structured talking - watching video for 30mins and taking notes. Summarise and comment on it. record myself explaining what the video was about - 1hr 50% listening (2hrs) * Intensive listening - listen to a podcast that I like (doing nothing else) -1hr * Passive listening - listen to the same podcast whilst doing something else (cooking, house work etc). If you have any comments about my routine, then please let me know. エピソード概要 最近、僕の言語学習法を変更しました。その理由は、怠けてしまうことが多く、前の学習法であまり日本語とフランス語を上達させていないと感じたからです。以下では、これからの学習法についてお話したいと思っております。 フランス語 50% スピーキング (2時間) * 自由に話すー　メモ無しで近況報告録画し、それを校正します。直した部分はフラッシュカードにまとめて活用します。ー　1時間 * 構造的に話す -言葉を出せないとき何を言えばいいのかを調べ、もう一度録音し直してみます。それに、録音フラッシュカードを駆使し、発音を繰り返して練習しますー　1時間 50% リスニング (2時間) * Comprehensible Input（理解可能なインプット）を聞く - 1時間 * 英語で見たことのあるフランス語のアニメを見てみる- 1時間 日本語 50% スピーキング (2時間) * 自由に話すー　メモ無しで近況報告録画し、それを校正します。直した部分はフラッシュカードにまとめて活用します。ー　1時間 * 構造的に話す - 30分の動画を見ながらメモを取、その内容を要約し、自分の感想を書き出す。そのメモを使い、その動画はどんな内容ですかというのを説明する形で録画します　ー　1時間 50% リスニング (2時間) * 集中リスニングー　好きなポッドキャストを聞く（他のことをせずに）ー1時間 * 受動リスニングー　集中して聞いたポッドキャストを繰り返し聞きながら他のことをする（例えば、料理づくりや家事などを） 以上の学習法についてのご意見やアドバイスがあれば、お聞きしたいです。
