We are back!  After a long hiatus, Chris and Christian return to their beloved podcast...Run As You Are!  Today the boys take a look at all things 2024 with none other than the Master of Recaps, the NMR Historian...Marc Turner!  2024 was another incredible year for North Merrick Runners.  We celebrated our 5 year anniversary and all of the accomplishments of our members.  Huge shoutout to our Board of Directors that keep things moving on a daily basis...Marc Turner, Amy Friel, Tara Hofmayer, Keith Dipolito, and Jeff Odin.  We were remiss in mentioning Jeff during the podcast but that does not discount all that he does for this club...we love him dearly.  Hope you enjoy the 2024 recap!  We will be back soon with another episode.  In the meantime, don't forget to get out there and...Run As You Are baby!

#25 - Ice Bath Challenge
