Surrendering is the Ultimate Form of Control

In this episode, I mention a recent hardship of mine that led me to surrender. There’s many things out of our control, and our desire to control the situation controls us. Sometimes worrying or sitting in anxiety makes us feel in control, but letting go is actually the ultimate form of control. I also talk about the struggle with the realization that there will always be hardships in life and how we can navigate that.
