Having a low sense of self worth or low self esteem is very common and can easily be seen in the way society functions as a rat race with very few people moving through life from a place of self-empowerment. In this episode I'm sharing how I got to the root of self worth issues I had and how we can move into our personal power by releasing negative subconscious beliefs.

As we progress on the spiritual path, we find issues from our past that need to be dealt with. In this episode I discuss the inner child that is suppressed in most people. I get into how it becomes formed during childhood through societal programming - typically as a result of our parents' parenting styles. I expose one of my own experiences in which I developed self worth issues from my parents' lack of satisfaction with me and my life. Finally, I talk about ways to heal the inner child and free ourselves from the subconscious self-sabotage it tends to cause.
