Dancing aka moving our body is one of the most beautiful way of reducing our stress and recharging our body. We all fear of people’s judgement and stop yourself hitting that dance floor even when your heart wants you there. Isn’t it ? People will always have something to say: good things bad things !! Learn to live like that innocent child who used to dance on their parents clapping 👏 their hands for them. Learn to enjoy like that child who would also clap 👏 with their parents and dance. Because that’s what we all should do just clap our hands and DANCE 💃🕺💃🕺
