Episode 252: Venus Enters Libra & Pluto Turns Direct!

Astrology forecast for October 12-18 New episode up now! Chris and Almie talk about Venus entering its home sign of Libra on Monday, October 13th. Venus returning to Libra will hopefully bring some gentleness to our interactions over the next few weeks, as well as additional diplomacy, tact, and just downright fun.  They also discuss Pluto turning direct on Monday, October 13th. Pluto, the planet of transformation, power struggles and forced change has been retrograde since May 4th. With Pluto ending its retrograde phase on Monday, we could be feeling its intensity.  And they talk about the Grand Trine between Venus, Uranus and Pluto that will be exact on Tuesday, October 14th. With these three planets forming a harmonious trine in air signs, we could get a breath of fresh air so to speak as we constructively build something new and innovative that will benefit us all. Episode 251: I Have the Power! Full Moon in Aries

Astrology forecast for October 5-11 New episode up now! Chris and Almie Rose discuss the full moon in Aries which will be exact at 8:48pm pacific time on Monday, October 6th. This full moon  might have us focusing on ourselves- how we want to be seen in the world and what steps we can take to express our individuality.  With Mercury entering Scorpio on Monday as well, our thinking and communications could be extra powerful. This full moon is very “Mars-oriented,” meaning we might be feeling especially fired up, impulsive, and wanting to express ourselves through our actions.  Chris and Almie Rose also talk about the Mercury-Pluto square on Tuesday, October 7th that could bring some power struggles into play. Finding compromise on Tuesday (even while we’re in diplomatic Libra season) could be hard to come by. And they talk about the Gemini moon hopefully lightening the mood a bit later in the week, as well as the Venus-Saturn opposition on Saturday, October 11th that could have us taking a serious look at our relationships and finances.

Astrology forecast for Sept 28-Oct 4 New episode up now! Chris and Almie discuss the Mercury-Jupiter square that will be exact on Wednesday, October 1st. This square could have us blowing things out of proportion, and/or saying things we don’t really mean. It’s a good idea to watch our words around the middle of this week as we could end up saying more than we’d like to. They also talk about the heightened energy we’ll be feeling all week as we move towards a full moon in the fiery sign of Aries. The full moon won’t be exact until Monday, October 6th, but we’ll be feeling its buildup all week long.  And they talk about the Pisces Moon connecting with the North Node on October 4th and 5th which could put us on a new path or bring us closer to something that’s connected to our destiny.  In “Ask a Scorpio,” Chris plays a trivia game with Almie where she needs to guess the names of famous people who were born with a Libra Sun and an Aries Moon.

Episode 249: Here Comes Another Eclipse!

Astrology forecast for Sept 14-21 Chris and Almie have a lot to talk about this week as not only do we have an eclipse coming up on Sunday, September 21st, two planets are also changing signs this week. Chris and Almie talk about what we can expect from the New Moon Solar Eclipse that will be exact at 12:54pm pacific time on September 21st. Because it’s a new moon in Virgo, this is an opportunity to establish new routines, or get back on track with routines that we might have gotten away from. With Saturn closely connected to this new moon, we might find that we have additional discipline and determination. They also discuss Mercury entering Libra on Thursday, September 18th, Venus entering Virgo on Friday, September 19th, and the Sun-Saturn opposition on Saturday, September 20th that could act as an astrological progress report.  In addition to the heightened energy we can expect to feel all week as we move closer to the eclipse on the 21st, Chris and Almie discuss the main players this week, namely: Saturn, Mercury, Venus, and Chiron and how those three planets and one asteroid could also shape our worlds in the coming days. Episode 248: Between Two Eclipses

Astrology forecast for Sept 7-13 This is looking like a quieter week astrologically speaking, but we’re also in between two eclipses, so we could be feeling a bit wobbly and discombobulated at times.  We just experienced a lunar eclipse on Sunday, September 7th, which could reverberate throughout this week, and just as we might be finding our bearings, we might start feeling the rumblings of the upcoming solar eclipse that will be exact on Sunday, September 21st. The theme of this week might be called “letting go” as the moon was passing over the South Node around the time of the lunar eclipse on September 7th and then the sun will form a conjunction with the South Node on Wednesday, September 10th. We might find ourselves focusing on the past this week, or people or situations from our past might return. We might also be considering releasing some things from our lives that no longer serve a constructive purpose, or might be preventing us from moving forward. Chris and Almie discuss the eclipse and the Nodes, as well as the Sun-Mercury conjunction that will be exact on Saturday, September 13th.
