This one is about the only controversy around me that I hadn’t spoken about in my podcast journey. Also the biggest one in my career. I’ve realised one thing in this journey that people don’t like giving you credit. Even for the things that you achieve on your merit. Especially if you are a young “woman”. And we of course become the easiest bait when it comes to link ups. But not every time these stories are true. Hear my side of it.

This one is about my travel experiences and meeting new people. The good, the bad, and everything in between! Regarding people, many of us, including me, are guilty of judging a book by its cover. We make quick judgments based on first impressions which may not be accurate at all. It’s time for us to start having a dialogue in our daily lives. From dinner table conversations with our family to debates on news channels. It’s time to acknowledge our inherent biases and consciously change our mindsets, the language we use, and actions we take regarding those who appear different to us. Listen, ponder, and act.

In my previous episode, you will have heard me speak about the love we as public figures receive. This episode however discusses the issue of trolling, to which which we are all unfortunately subjected. Whilst trolling comes with the territory in our profession it nevertheless evokes a wide range of emotions and I’m laying them bare in this one. Please do give this episode a sensitive ear.
