Personal, real talk here. Mental health & psychedelics. You never know how low you can feel until you get there and I’ve always been one uncertain if I’m being over dramatic or not but one thing remains true: we ALL experience feelings in life/ thoughts we never fully address and it POPS UP when life slows down. The only way out is through. I hope this episode helps someone on their journey too
