Coach, Mandy and I discussed her growing up in Oklahoma starting track and field at a young age in middle school in high school with hurdles, sprints, and jumps even getting to compete collegiately at Southwestern, Missouri then we discuss the journey and coaching that has led her to southeastern Georgia in Vidalia we discussed her running journey in the long distance realm and then we discuss how she’s built the program there at Vidalia and we talk about last year‘s and this upcoming years cross-country seasons
