Life Lessons I’ve Learned over the Past Year

Our experiences don’t happen to us, they happen for us. All the things we experience are here to teach us life lessons and redirect us to our lives purpose. Sometimes the experiences get overwhelming and we overlook the lesson itself. This episode is me sharing the lessons and values I’ve learned over the past year and a half. Being Self Aware of your Triggers: Apology Languages

Understanding your apology languages helps you to fully achieve resolution. In turn, allowing you to fully release things of your past emotions and move forward. Take a step outside yourself while dealing with conflict whether alone or with others and acknowledge how you allow or dismiss perspectives. Take a second to really understand what you need to move forward peacefully through your journey. 🌱

Episode 1: What is this? Boredom or Peace?

Remaining self aware and grounded are some of the best habits to have when transitioning through different stages, changes or experiences. This episode is just a realization I was avoiding for myself turned casual chit chat about “boredom” and what it really means for me. Are we (me) actually bored or are we(me) at peace but so used to chaos and stress that we(me lol) don’t know what to do in silence? How do we(me) make the most of the feeling rather than returning to old habits…. healthy or not. Very light hearted, I hope it resonates or helps someone out there 🤍. Peace and love to all! It’s Alright to NOT be Alright.

You do not have to perfect while on your journey. No one is judging you on your experiences as long as you’re making the best of those experiences and lessons. It’s okay for things to not go exactly as planned or to be tougher. It’s building character. Source is preparing you for your greater blessings. Do not let anything keep you down or stuck. Live a little be accepting of exactly where you are and the journey that you are on. 🤍
