Reaper, Chapters 23 & 24

It's the penultimate episode of coverage for Reaper, and I'm absolutely dying because there's so much being put on the table that I only partially understand, and I'm not given a chance to try to suss out what it can all mean because it's all followed up by the moment we've all feared; Suriel's marble goes out. Reaper- Chapters 21 & 22

Thank you to Andy for commissioning this episode! These chapters are the ones in which Lindon has a chat with Subject One's echo, and finds out that the monarchs in Cradle are the ones that are keeping the Dreadgods bound to his planet, and I think I am in good company when I say that I'm disgusted by them. Then, Lindon has to face one of those monarchs, because it turns out that Reigan Shen has not left the labyrinth after all. Reaper, Chapters 18-20

In these chapters, I'm really sad because it turns out that we're having to say goodbye to the united crew as one by one, they each use up all their power coping with some major attacks from Subject One and then go back to the surface. I'm really curious why Ziel is the only one sent up to a totally different area than everything else, and I'm worried that our group is getting a little sabotaged here somehow. Meanwhile, Lindon and Eithan are still underground, and they're having a heart to heart about what Eithan's plans and goals have been. And then Ozriel shows up, and they're separated. Reaper, Chapters 14-17

Thank you very much to Andy for commissioning this episode! These chapters are the ones in which we get a little further into the conflict with the Abidan, and I express some frustration with that whole plotline in the series and also some frustration with myself for having such trouble following what's going in within it. I would love to hear all your thoughts about that and how you all deal with it. Meanwhile, our people are in the labyrinth and beginning to sort of fight against its wishes as it essentially throws in with Reigan Shen, which is not a situation we want. And to top it off, Dross has been affected somehow and now he's a tiny tyrant with a black crown and I'm VERY concerned. Thanks so much to you all for listening!
