This special was a really great way to say goodbye, and I'm looking forward to seeing some performances that were apparently cut from the final episode. This was a deeply satisfying finale and I'm so happy with how everything shook out in the end. I wasn't sure what direction they were going to go in, but I decided to have faith and it paid off. Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, S04E15- I Need To Find My Frenemy

Thank you to Megan for commissioning this episode! This episode was a lot of fun, and a much-needed regroup with the Girl Gang considering how close we are to the end of the show. It's interesting to see how this show injects zaniness now that Rebecca isn't the main source of dysfunction anymore, and I think this worked out really beautifully. Also, I am interested in Paula's new job and getting to see her succeed, and I really wish that we were going to have more time to watch that happen.
