Hey! Welcome to the Spouse Strong podcast, so glad you are here and listening. This podcast is a place where military spouses can find ways to bounce back when life becomes tough, through resilience training, setting boundaries and finding purpose outside of being just a military spouse, we can be resilient in the hard times, so that we can be the foundation for our families and community. Resiliency training is not about faking it till you make it, it's about knowing your support system and building that system to be effective and is uniquely yours.
