The Pandemic Affected Us All

The Global Pandemic, of 2020-2022 affected all of us. Some for the worst, some for the best. It was a tragedy regardless, because of all the lives lost prematurely.  Everyone had a different experience, some people began a whole new career out of it,  others developed some serious problems from the isolation. Here is how the pandemic affected me, personally.

Tensions in the living kingdom

Whether you are an animal out in the wilderness, or a person surviving in the city, you have to have your survival instincts, and that involves tensing up and always expecting the worst from people.  Because unfortunately, just like the animal who is not on their guard all the time, bad shit will happen if you are not on alert

On The Sidelines of Life

Do you ever feel like you are witnessing the players in life, but you are not the one whom the crowd is cheering for? It's like you are on the sidelines, not one of the main players, the players acknowledge you, but you are not part of their club, the crowd does not know you. Yet you show up, you are present. Maybe you wonder when you will be asked to join in on the game.

Building Your Audience

Today, we have technology at our fingertips.  Dozens of platforms to put ourselves out there, if we want, and promote our brand, whatever it is. Yet, advanced technology is saturated with millions of competitors, and so if you are trying to make a name for yourself on Tik Tok, or U tube for example, you have to have something gimmicky. The only way to success is through failure, through bombing, through crickets in the audience, through hurtful troll comments. It's all the universal audience giving you feedback, both the good and the bad. Embrace it, absorb but do not let it eat you away, and learn from it. And try to find your niche, through the courage to try.

Learning to let go of old grudges.

I would say, that when a grudge goes past a few months, into years, it becomes a rotten thought, if  you will. Actually, even to hold a grudge for a few months is really not healthy for you. I learned that recently, I was angry at someone around March,  it took me a few weeks to get it out of my system, and I slowly opened up. I let it go, I know those other people and I will never click the way I would like, but I accept them rather than totally exile myself.
