For the first episode of Strat2, Ananya is joined by Formula 4 podium finisher, Mira Erda, to discuss her journey in motorsport, building a team with values, and the importance of surrounding oneself with the right people. Starting motorsports professionally at the age of 9, Mira has been a force to be reckoned with on track. She is also an important voice for women in the sport, especially from India.  She describes how a strong support system - on and off track - has helped her navigate the challenges of motor racing as well as being one of the only women on the grid.
