Sunday Morning Dhamma
The tenth episode of Sunday Morning Dhamma is a teaching Anagarika Dhammadasa gave on the Buddha's instructions on calming the mind. It is drawn from the Buddha's teachings on anapanasati, or mindfulness of the breath, as well as satipaṭṭhāna, or the foundations of mindfulness, and the Girimananda Sutta, or instructions to the venerable Girimananda.
