About Tapping Into Life

Welcome to the Tapping Into Life Podcast. I am very grateful and excited to share this time with you all and I look forward to going on this journey. I am a wife, mother of two grown boys, counsellor, Tapping Practitioner and Intuitive Energy Healer. Most of all, a human being! Tapping into life is about reconnecting to our True Self through our mind, body and soul. It's creating space to have those real and vulnerable conversations. As well as, learning tools that can help support us right in the moment.

In this episode, I will share with you my journey of how I started to tap back into my life. The various health challenges. and the negative mindset that I was living in for a long time. The miracles that started happening when I changed my thinking and feelings too positive.
