Every training tool has strengths and limitations. Don't become attached to a particular method or location. Evaluate the horse in front of you and choose the tool that best teaches the lesson needed that day. In this episode, Corey touches on how a round pen, arena, trail, cattle, flag, fences, and obstacles are all classrooms. The more lessons a horse learns in different environments, the more confident, adaptable, and successful that horse becomes. The question may not be which tool is best.
