A "buy in" is when there is an acceptance of and willingness to actively support and participate in something. When it comes to shared and blended families, it's important to obtain buy-in from not only the direct family, but also the extended family - in-laws, siblings, grandparents aunts, uncles, etc. In this episode, Shana and Edwina share some keys and tips on how to manage the buy-in process amongst the entire family.
