The Pennsylvania native runs, A LOT. Her dedication has paid off with two Marine Corps Marathon wins where she currently holds the course record, wins at the Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon and Broad Street 10 Mile, and she's qualified for the Olympic Trials. With a personal best of 2:30, Tessa balances her high-level competition and the demands of her career as a VP at Merrill Lynch with focus, resilience, and a commitment to long term growth. She has proven what is possible when ambition meets hard work and consistency.

Molly Applegate | After Run Bourbon Club

Today Los sits down with long time friend and Co-Captain at Northeast Track Club, Molly Applegate! Molly is a Senior Captain with Northeast Track Club, one of the largest and fastest-growing running communities in the Washington, D.C. area, and a Lululemon Ambassador passionate about building community through movement. A former NCAA Division I runner at William & Mary, Molly has spent most of her life in the sport, from chasing collegiate dreams as a teenager running countless miles on her own to now helping create a community where runners of all abilities can find friendship, support, and belonging. While running has always been an important part of her life, she believes the sport is at its best when it enhances life rather than consumes it.

Raiza Vega | After Run Bourbon Club

Raiza Vega was never really a big runner until she had patella realignment surgery and was told she’d never be able to run without pain again. Since that time she’s run over 100 races including 5 Marine Corps Marathon finishes here in DC. She is also a HUGE fan of whiskey and bourbon and is the coordinator for Team Whiskey Valor, which is part of the Whiskey Valor Foundation. Today Los sits down with Riaza to learn all about her running journey and the amazing mission of the Whiskey Valor Foundations.

Brittany Greene | After Run Bourbon Club

On today's episode Los sits down with a Prince George’s County native, community builder, endurance athlete, creative and founder of the Chocolate City Relay, Brittany Greene. Brittany is based in Washington, DC and has a background in bioengineering and a career in marketing and communications, she’s always been drawn to building things — especially the kind that bring people together. Much of Brittany’s work is rooted in creating spaces, experiences, and ideas that help people connect, feel seen, and realize what’s possible when community shows up for one another. The Chocolate City Relay (CCR) is a community-rooted endurance initiative designed to create intentional on-ramps for Black women in endurance sports. What started as a relay among friends has grown into a platform that blends sport, storytelling, and collective support — redefining what it can look like to dream wild, challenge limits, and show up for one another along the way. Katie Dallimore | After Run Bourbon Club

Today at the bourbon table Los is joined by an incredible athlete, Katie Dallimore. Katie emigrated from Wales as a child and is currently reconnecting with her culture and learning the language which includes making running videos while speaking fully in Welsh. She was one of the 2026 Cherry Blossom Ambassadors, grew up dancing instead of running, but became serious about running during the 2020 Covid lock downs. She also has a lot of very interesting, some might say obsession, with nature and science.
