Daniel and Noa reconnect after a falling out, but Daniel's desire to have a normal life keeps coming between them. Natalie hopes her quinceañera celebration can mend the growing rift between Rafael and Mari and reunite the entire family. That is a lot of pressure on her for this one party. Noa makes a seemingly erratic decision about her career as she takes a long break to take care of Lewis as he heals. Lewis continues his relationship with a new man, and starting his own life. Daniel is approached about an opportunity that would force him away from the family business getting ready to finally start his own life separate from the family.  Rafael and Mari discuss the bakery's legacy as they are faced with a life-altering decision to sell the bakery, and how that will affect the family dynamics. And at the end Daniel and Noa reunited at the airport thanks to Lewis. Noa is blindsided when an unlikely opponent, her father attempts to take control of her company, but she gets the company back. After a series of setbacks including punching Kurt,  Daniel ends up in jail and is surprised when an old friend in the form of Vanessa comes to his rescue. Natalie continues to defy her parents, and goes to the music festival and says she loves Amy her girlfriend. Lewis faints and Noa knows he has cancer. This news pushes her to break up with Daniel. Noa and Daniel's worlds are turned upside down when Vanessa ignites a scandal by taking an interview with Kurt, the shady reporter.  Noa works overtime to salvage the reputation of her company and ease tensions with her board of directors and her dad comes for her and her company. Daniel tries to smooth things over with his family, and trying to set up boundaries. Mateo gets let down by a producer, but Vanessa believes in him. Natalie gets in a fight, and gets suspended from school leaning on Mateo even more. And their cafe is under construction and has asbestos and now they have another expense on them. The Baker and the Beauty starts with the paparazzi chasing after Daniel Garcia (Victor Rasuk) who is just making deliveries; but back at the bakery, there are several gifts for endorsement left for Daniel. His sister, Natalie Garcia (Belissa Escobedo), and brother, Mateo Garcia (David Del Rio) are encouraging him to accept all the items as everyone wants him to have them as he is Noa Hamilton’s (Nathalie Kelley) boyfriend. Daniel goes to see his parents, Mari (Lisa Vidal) and Rafael Garcia (Carlos Gomez) who are enjoying some of the items he has received. His father warns him there may not be a bill but there is always a price. A gorgeous exotic car arrives for him and his father storms off, Mateo convincing him to accept the corvette keys.
