39. The Comeback Episode

After many months away, Amber returns to the pod to share her heart. She tells where she has been, why she stopped recording episodes, and how her life has absolutely transformed! She shares stories, apologies, explanations, confessions, and both her and her guest/friend Selah shed tears throughout the episode. It's definitely the most vulnerability Amber has ever shared with her audience. She gives an update on whats is to come from the pod as well!

37. Navigating Polarizing Politics

This episode is intended to bring peace, hope and awareness. It is not triggering, or polarizing, so you don’t have to be worried about absorbing it. Our conversations are always held with your hearts in mind. We are a couple months out from a few painful current events that caused a ton of disruption and political unrest. In this episode we look at what social media, politics and social pressure looked like during that time. We talk about how we cared for ourselves, or didn’t, and what we can do better moving forward. We highlight the demands of social media and how everything is meant to be disruptive, extreme and polarizing. We talk about what this is doing to our minds and hearts, and share what we are learning about taking care of ourselves along the way.

36. The way we measure success is changing!

In this episode, we talk about how we gauge success, and the way it might be impacting our lives. We highlight how generations past have determined that “success” is determined by income, career, power, home ownership, marriage, education, etc. Those things are starting to change, and its amazing. We are starting to value internal wellness, love, joy, peace, health, wholeness etc. We walk you through how to audit your metrics for success to make sure the life you’re building is the one you ultimately desire!
