Learn the names of companies that are looking for full time positions vs. internships as well as how to approach the booths, elevator pitches, and interview tips. Other tips provided are how to present yourself in your business attire and networking on LinkedIn.

Episode 10: We're Back! (Senior Year)

2024 SENIOR DESIGN EXPO

At the annual Senior Design Expo that occurs at the end of the spring semester is the hard-work that each engineering team gets to showcase to the public at the University of Miami. One of our co-hosts interviewed the BME teams by giving each team 60 seconds to describe their project and explain where they were going after graduation. The guest speaker shares her experiences of being away from home, culture shocks, obstacles in obtaining internship and research opportunities, and potential career plans after graduation.
