Bringing the humour and honesty to the Health and Wellness community. I am a 30 year old former beer-drinking lad from Birmingham, UK, who has completely reversed Crohn's disease using Natural Therapies (8 years and counting). Now living / travelling in Central & South America, I am sharing my experiences and insights I've gained on the way. Expect dark humour, honesty and distinctly British dialogue with this podcast!
