EP 181: Wisdom From the Oracles Deck

On today's episode I felt compelled to share the divine wisdom I received when I pulled some cards for myself. Growing up Evangelical and really any type of Christianity, we believed ANYTHING that wasn't In the bible and claimed to be spiritual was evil. As I mentioned before I think it's very telling that in the bible only men - and the holiest of them all, were permitted to talk with God. AND of whole bible only 9 women were considered Prophetesses. The rest were demonic and to this day women that are spiritual and receive divine wisdom but aren't Christians are viewed as evil. As you know I think that's horseshit, not to mention the cards are more like introspective prompts and a tool to strengthen your intuition, similar to a sermon or a BOOK where God imparted wisdom to the menfolk. EP 180: The DE & RE Construction of My Faith

This episode is for my Queer family, my old church family , and anyone else who is confused with how I reconcile my Bisexuality with my Faith. I received an overwhelming amount of support from friends when I presented my girlfriend on Social Media and very little open opposition. But the post itself inspired two very healing conversations and this very transparent and passionate conversation about the meaning of unconditional love- as was taught by Jesus.
