Colleen Lindstrom left a 20 year broadcasting career to be more present with her family. She has become very passionate about the idea that part of our problem as a society is the race to perfection at the expense of our own health and quality of life. With a quirky personality, a dose of humor, and a lot of reflection, Colleen brings you along on her journey of putting down the expectations and drive to the mythical land of ”perfection” in service of being okay... and learning to be okay with that.
