17. Crawl (2019) Directed by Alexandre Aja

Creature features aren't my thing...or are they? Crawl was so much fun to watch and with my favorite run time of 90 minutes! Not only did it have gators (my favorite animals) but it has Barry Pepper! Who doesn't love Barry Pepper? A strong female lead with a strong, easy to follow story, Crawl comes highly recommended. Watch it if you haven't already. Or listen to me, then watch it to see what the hell I'm talking about.

16. Wishmaster (1997) Directed by Robert Kurtzman

Have you ever felt nostalgic about a movie that featured a man turning into a snake and seeing the guy who played Jason Voorhees get shattered in some awful CGI glass? Well, Yan just did when he watched Wishmaster. Go back into the way back of 1997 when life was so much easier and practical effects heavy B-movies can make 3x its money in theaters! As always, this is full of spoilers so if you haven't watched Wishmaster yet, go ahead and do that.

15. The Neon Demon (2016) Directed by Nicolas Winding Refn

Being a young woman in a cutthroat world of modeling, constantly in fear of being taken advantage of by older men, not sure if your friends actually like you and are being protective of you or if they've got nefarious plans, necrophilia...I'm not talking about Yan's college days, I'm talking about The Neon Demon. Listen to see if Yan uncovers who the actual Neon Demon is, how this movie made him feel, and if he liked it enough to recommend. As always, this episode will be chock full of spoilers so listen at your own risk.

14. The Hunt (2020) Directed by Craig Zobel

Oh what a fun movie this was! It's just too bad that it hit tons of bad luck when it first came out because our world is so f**ked. With a swift run time of 90 minutes, The Hunt is definitely worth your time. Great cast, great acting, great story, great comedy, great everything. Well, pretty much everything. Join me as I review this puppy. Or piglet.

13. Ginger Snaps (2000) Directed by John Fawcett

It's been a looooong time! Almost 2 years is a long time, but Yan is probably just upset that Marianne didn't get renewed for a second season and he's very heartbroken. So now Yan is back to review early 2000s cult werewolf classic Ginger Snaps! Also, Yan has changed the format of the podcast a bit in that he's not just going to be reviewing cult films. He'll be reviewing movies that made money too!
