The Value of Hard Work

In this episode, we interview Mike's dad, Bill Caldwell. Bill is an awesome man, husband, father, and grandfather. He is kind and incredibly hard working. Throughout his time as a father, he made it a point to work hard to provide for his family, while at the same time, valuing time with his wife and children.
