Description

For 25 years, residents of St. Mary's, N.L., have lived with the smell of an abandoned fish sauce plant that never got cleaned up after it closed. Now, that could finally change, as plans are underway to haul the remaining waste to a landfill. CBC’s  Mary-Catherine McIntosh looks into where those loads are headed, how the sauce came to be in her documentary: Fish Sauce.
