About The Dream Lab: DISCOVER YOUR DREAMS + FIND CLARITY IN YOUR CALLING

The Dream Lab Podcast is a welcoming space for women who long for clarity in their calling and permission to dream again. If you’re navigating change, healing from loss, or feeling stuck and unsure what’s next, you’re in the right place. I’m Christina—a curious question-asker and lover of good stories. After a decade in the entertainment industry, I found myself deeply lost following my mother’s death, quietly wondering if it was too late to create a life I loved. I searched everywhere for answers, until I realized the only One who could restore my dreams was the One who gave them to me in the first place. Out of that journey, The Dream Lab was born—to help women rediscover who they are and reconnect with their God-given dreams. Episodes offer a variety of topics and resources including practical tools, journaling prompts, visualization exercises, and faith-filled encouragement to calm your heart, gain clarity, and live in alignment with how God made you. You’re not alone. I’m so glad you’re here. Grab your journal—and let’s begin. 💛

13. Living Your Dreams Means Connecting To Your Own Heart

In this reflective episode of The Dream Lab Podcast, host Christina B. revisits the powerful topic of negative self-talk first explored in Episode 10, “Conquering Negative Self Talk: What You Think About and Say To Yourself Will Determine Your Results.” If you haven’t heard that episode yet, it’s essential listening to fully grasp the impact of your inner dialogue. Drawing from Mark 11, Christina reminds us of Jesus’ words: “You can have what you say.” Speaking life and faith over your dreams isn’t just motivational—it’s spiritual. Your words reveal the condition of your heart, so paying attention to what you say is a powerful way to understand your emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Feeling sad, angry, or joyful? Only you can discern your heart’s state—and God is ready to bring comfort and guidance where needed. Living your dreams is not only transformative for you but also gives others permission to pursue theirs. What if your dreams are a reflection of God’s heart, meant to inspire and bless those around you? Christina also shares insights from Bonnie Ware’s bestselling book, The Top Five Regrets of the Dying, highlighting the importance of living a life true to yourself—expressing your feelings, nurturing relationships, and embracing happiness. 11. Create An Action Plan To Pursue Your Dreams Without Getting Overwhelmed

In this insightful episode of The Dream Lab Podcast, host Christina B. explores the crucial transition from inward dreaming with God to outward action. Building on earlier episodes that focused on envisioning your ideal life, Christina shares how the brain’s powerful ability to blur imagination and reality sets the foundation for pursuing your dreams with confidence. Referencing the famous Harvard Medical School study about piano players, she explains how vividly imagining your dreams activates your brain and body as if those dreams were already fulfilled—preparing you for real-life change. But dreaming alone isn’t enough. Christina guides you through practical, faith-based strategies for breaking your dreams down into baby steps—just like breaking down a big project (like baking a cake) into manageable tasks. In this episode, you’ll learn how to: * Balance inward visioning with outward, intentional action * Use your weekly calendar to schedule dedicated time for your dreams without overwhelm * Brainstorm and prioritize small, consistent baby steps toward your goals * Embrace flexibility and expect synchronicities as you move forward in faith * Choose your dreams when faced with everyday decisions Your homework this week includes reviewing your calendar, blocking off work and family time, identifying pockets for dream work, and committing 3-5 concrete tasks for each dream onto your schedule. This episode empowers you to move beyond dreaming and into consistent, joyful action—building the life God designed for you, step by step. #TheDreamLabPodcast #FaithAndAction #ChristianGoalSetting #DreamWithGod #ProductivityForDreamers #FaithBasedPlanning #LiveYourPurpose #ChristianWomenPodcasts #BabyStepsToDreams #VisionToReality

10. Conquering Negative Self Talk: What You Think About And Say To Yourself Will Determine Your Results

In this empowering episode of The Dream Lab Podcast, host Christina B. tackles a topic that affects every dreamer at some point: negative self-talk. Drawing from both psychology and neuroscience, Christina shares how your inner dialogue—what you believe and say to yourself—directly shapes your confidence, your choices, and your results. Too often, we focus on what we lack or why we think we’re not enough. But what if those thoughts are just limiting beliefs—and what if the opposite is actually true? Christina invites you to flip the script and challenge the lies by playing a powerful mindset game: 🎯 “What’s right about me?” You’ll be encouraged to list 10 amazing things about yourself—your strengths, talents, character traits, and more—and begin to speak life over your identity with truth and confidence. In this episode, you’ll learn: * Why your thoughts and words have a direct impact on your life * How negative self-talk holds you back from fulfilling your God-given dreams * The neuroscience behind belief systems and self-identity * A practical journaling activity to rewire your mindset and build positive self-belief * How to reflect on your dream journey so far with clarity and celebration Reflection prompts include: * What did you love most about envisioning your future with God? * What excites or surprises you about your dream list? * Is there something on your list that feels a little scary—and why might that be a good thing? Your words are powerful. Use them to build a life rooted in truth, courage, and possibility. #TheDreamLabPodcast #PositiveSelfTalk #FaithAndNeuroscience #ChristianMindset #LimitingBeliefs #DreamWithGod #GodGivenIdentity #ChristianWomenPodcasts #RenewYourMind #ChristianPersonalGrowth #OvercomingSelfDoubt Counterclockwise Study: The Science Behind Mindset and Ageing https://www.thecareside.com.au/post/counterclockwise-study-the-science-behind-mindset-and-ageing/ [https://www.thecareside.com.au/post/counterclockwise-study-the-science-behind-mindset-and-ageing/] Dallas Jankins Video About Five Loaves and Two Fish https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ISQMYrIHgxw [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ISQMYrIHgxw] Time Magazine article: The Brain: How The Brain Rewires Itself https://time.com/archive/6596791/the-brain-how-the-brain-rewires-itself/ [https://time.com/archive/6596791/the-brain-how-the-brain-rewires-itself/]
