The Dutchest Thing Podcast

The first announcement

I have been conceptualizing The Dutchest Thing Podcast. However, I am rather new to the concept of podcasts, and I definitely do not know how or where to start. So, I just started somewhere. My main goal with the podcast would be to get to know people who moved to the Netherlands and to let them talk about their experiences. I want to talk with them about their reasons for their move and how they are experiencing their time in the Netherlands among the Dutch people. I want to know about their successes and struggles, the things they love and hate, and what they have embraced and miss. I want to connect with them. I want to tell the story of the Dutch experience from the perspective of those who chose to live in the Netherlands. I want to portray an honest image of life in the nation and become a source of information for those looking to move to the Netherlands. I am currently practicing my interviewing skills and emotionally preparing to start a podcast. At the same time, I am looking for people who want to be a guest on the podcast. And no worries, the guests do not have to speak Dutch at all: the podcast is in English.
