About Sierra
Sierra Naomi’s work lives at the intersection of artistry, education, and sustainable creativity. An actor, singer, director, and teaching artist, she has built a career dedicated not only to performance, but to supporting the humans behind the art. Whether in the rehearsal room, the classroom, or through her work designing digital systems for creatives, she is passionate about cultivating deeper human connection and helping artists build lives that allow their creative gifts to meaningfully serve their communities.
As an actor, Sierra has performed across North America and Canada, most recently in the North American Broadway tour of Come From Away. Regional credits include The Fulton Theatre, Chicago Shakespeare Theatre, Sierra Repertory Theatre, and Porchlight Music Theatre. Select favorites include Sweeney Todd (Mrs. Lovett), Joseph…Dreamcoat (Narrator), Ragtime (Emma Goldman), Les Misérables (Fantine), Titanic (Marion Thayer) and Into the Woods (Witch), as well as Queen Sigrid in the television series King's Blade.
Alongside her performance career, Sierra is passionate about supporting the next generation of artists. She works with students on both craft and navigating the industry, while prioritizing the growth of the human behind the artist. She has served on staff at Lancaster Bible College and works extensively with the Youth Theatre program at Servant Stage.
Outside of the theatre, Sierra helps creative professionals build personalized digital systems that support both their lives and creative practices. From personalized data management systems to website design she helps creatives reduce mental clutter, organize ideas, and create space for creative work. She has worked with actors, directors, producers, podcast hosts, and business owners to support efficient creative momentum.
