Michael details his pilot project which aims to increase homeownership and build equity. He also discusses his book Urban Magic: Vibrant Black and Brown Communities Are Possible which brings together many of the nation's Black and Brown thought leaders and is veritably a manual for effecting extensive change within communities of color.
