A look inside our communities across North Carolina! Lead for North Carolina (LFNC) aims to recruit, train, and place the state’s most promising young leaders in paid local government fellowships as a means of strengthening our public institutions, supporting our local communities, and cultivating a new generation of public service leaders. And as the program's Fellows, we have a lot to talk about. We'll discuss the program in general, what problems local governments are currently facing, and everything in between.
