Nathaniel's Bio: Nathaniel Council is the speech and debate coach at Pampa High School and Pampa Junior High in Texas. He is a two-diamond NSDA coach and is serving his second term as President of the Texas Forensic Association. He has previously served as president of the West Texas Speech Association and chair of the TFA Congress Committee.
