Somiora was once a thriving world until the ancient red dragon Tairmuth, Eater of All, awoke beneath Gensay Mountain. He secretly formed the Cult of the True Dragon, manipulating leaders to summon Tiamat. Fear spread, causing races to retreat. Tairmuth’s plan nearly succeeded, but heroes disrupted the ritual. The ensuing battle shattered the mountain, leaving it shrouded in a dangerous mist. Now, the races of Somiora slowly rebuild, scarred by the cult's influen This is the world our players are to seek meaning, treasure, fame, while unknown forces are once again starting to rise up.
