Episode 20- Running Psychology and the Pan Celtic with Chris Bennett

In this first episode of two John & Michelle talk running Psychology and what goes through our minds on Ultra's. We give all the latest GOG news and speak to GoG's own social Media man Chris Bennett about the Pan Celtic race that he has recently completed. He spoke for so long that the next GoGcast will be a continuation of the story...more to come. What goes through your mind when you run? How do you actually deal with being out running for 16 hours or more and how do you get through the bad bits? John and Michelle chat Phsychology and some of the situations they have found themselves in. Chris Bennett recently completed the Pan Celtic race on his Bike. What exactly is it, how did he do it and how do you deal with the tiredness and emotions it throws at you. Well you'll actually have to wait for the next episode for that as he tells us the story of the lead up and some of the events he has done. Humorous and interesting ( something that may have never been said about Chris!), you'll enjoy every moment of his story.
