About The Golden Air Bender

My Spiritual Awakening was and is an experience I have found that has allowed me to dive into the depths of my being. Through the practices of yoga, meditation, and traditional Chinese medicine, I have found a quieter place within my heart space. A peaceful almost surreal feeling arises where there once used to be the turmoil of my own ego, my own personal throws, my own inner yearnings. So the purposes of this podcast is to share my personal story, healings, and also spread the love of inspiration with others. This, is my personal story of my journey to the inners of my soul being.

Stepping Into My Inner~Vision*

Realizing in life that I came to this crossroads of sorts. One way saying “do things the way you have always known,” the other saying “step into the unknown!” So I got really tired of the life I was living, and wanted to move in a different direction. A direction towards a vision of mine. I realized it was time to get a bit uncomfortable and do some things that were challenging to my being because I knew it is what is best for my overall growth!
