Three days in. How are you doing? I know these practices are short, but sometimes it’s the short things that shift the rhythm of a day the most. Just pausing for a few minutes can be enough to interrupt the spiral or make space for a proper exhale. Today’s meditation is here whenever you’re ready for it.
