Aside from being one of the kindest and most talented bike mechanics I know, Fernando is an active Board Member of the League of American Bicyclists, the Brownsville Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee and the Active Transportation, SRTS and Bike / Ped Consultant at Healthy Harlingen.
