t feels good to be back on the mic. I get tired of saying it, but this time off was a wake-up call. This is "The Heavy Thoughts Podcast"—so why the hell have I been giving you everybody else’s thoughts and opinions? That officially ends today. I'm changing the energy by hitting politics, sports, and absolutely roasting the sheer stupidity we all see on social media every single day. I'm finally comfortable just talking in the skin that I'm in, and I want to welcome you to the new era of the show. Lock in.

WELL DAMN!!!! As it turns out the last time I was able to drop a podcast the President of the United States dropped the bomb. A lot has been going on since February 28, but as always I'm here to update you with new thoughts, views, career, clarity, and most importantly perspective.
