About The Highs and Lows Podcast

A podcast for students, by students, about students. Aiming to discuss topics that promote mental health, self care, self love, etc. We are a podcast based in Oxnard, California airing every Tuesday from 11:00AM - 12:00PM through the courtesy of Oxnard College's EOPS program. Being the first community college podcast in the state of California, as well as airing through 1 of 3 black-owned public access radio stations, we hope to also promote diversity, unity, and community through our platform.
