When I was 18 I started becoming a motivation machine; reading every blog, book and motivational quote I could find. One particular quote struck me and stayed in my heart for years to come. 'To achieve what others won't you have to do what others don't' I first applied to my fitness when I was losing weight and it served me well. But when I started in business it really changed the game. By applying that quote to one strategy as a new personal trainer I went from losing money at the gym to $2K a week as a PT at 20 years old. In today's episode, I share that strategy and how I applied that quote to completely turn around my business. If you internalise this mantra you will shock yourself at what you can achieve. At 18 I developed an eating disorder from being so fixated on losing my stomach. It led me to require testosterone replacement therapy for 5 years to get back to normal function.
