For some people it can be a way to network. Ever find yourself in a position where someone asks you for a favor, you quickly say Yes, and then drag your feet to get it done? Or if you’re a people pleaser like me, you’re afraid to let people down and say yes to every single thing, but inwardly you regret saying yes at all? You probably need some practise saying No. Here are some tips that I found helpful in learning how to put myself first; and how to say No in these situations.
