About The Journey Within

My hope is that this will continue to awaken us as individuals; to further the shift in ourselves and other’s toward the higher good universally. Whether you believe in reincarnation or not, the effects we have on ourselves in this lifetime can be immeasurably impactful, as divine loving souls we must start taking responsibility for our actions, becoming more aware of who we really are and just how much potential we really have, accepting our lives’ wholeheartedly, learning to create a love within us so rich and bountiful, that love an acceptance for other’s is all we will ever come to understand. The spiritual changes we create within our self, the hearts that we impact with love and the experiences we choose to learn from are the only things we can take with us when we leave this earth. This is one of those books you come across, you read, you laugh you cry; your life as you know it totally changes, you face yourself with love and courage. You realize all those worries, all the suffering, all the attachments have only served to weigh your spirit down, so you let go and let love replace every ounce of disapproval you ever had for yourself and others. Connection with one another and all energy gives purpose and meaning to our lives, open your heart and mind to everyone and everything and watch how magically your perception changes, you begin to see with your own heart and understand things on the deepest levels. ~Will "Story" Rivera....Journey with mewww.LiveBelieveInspire.com

Getting Unstuck

We get stuck sometimes on repeat like a broken record that never skips or finishes, round and round we go replaying everything that has ever happened to us, in hopes we never make that mistake twice, but was is it really a mistake if we learn from it, grow from it, gain some wisdom in the process, who says mistakes even exist in the first place, it sounds like something said to keep us afraid and limited and to stop us from moving forward and creating ourselves with confidence, consciously creating, loving, open, living with the grace of a god and courage of a light warrior, seeking and being just with our beliefs, accepting everyone completely. The time has come we let go of the past and stop fearing the future - We must Stop being so afraid of repeating history and just get out there and create one; experience is everything. I am more than ready for this journey and I hope you are too- Namaste ~Will "Story" Rivera

Breaking Boundaries

Who am I to tell anyone how to live their lives, I know nothing of your story nor have I walked your path and experienced life in the way that you have, who am I to vote and regulate laws and judgments for your life based on my limited experience and knowing, based on my own fears and my own egocentric seeking of security, who am I to make comments on the career you choose live out, just because your work is not perfect for my reality, doesn’t mean it’s worth any less than the career I choose, who am I to dictate what is the perfect weight, height, or body type, what gave me the right to break you down because you were created just as equally unique as myself yet for some reason I have deemed my ideal vision to be the only one that needs to exist, as if everyone is supposed to look and feel the same, who am I to decide what faith is the best one to follow or practice, as if all roads do not lead to the same source in the end, what makes my beliefs so special that I need to fight and harm another in my quest to defend my stance, who am I to judge what is right or what is wrong, when the answer to this puzzle is relative to the perception, yet for some reason feeling righteous satisfies the ego thirst to be the victor, when in reality there is no win or lose, we were not to compete with one another, nor be weighed on scales of judgment, its time we started to embrace what's different folks; we all have had our own very special and meaningful journeys that have gotten us right to where we are this very moment, we spend so much of our lives trying to fit in and sacrificing our deepest desires in order in order to live out our lives in the way that others expect us to, do not change the dreams we seek, who we are and what we look like in order to make someone else's reality more comfortable for them to accept; like snowflakes from above we were purposefully created different.

episode The Value of A Dollar... artwork

The Value of A Dollar...

The Value of A Dollar: When I was growing up I was the that kid who just had to put a dollar into every canister of every store I went into, whether it was to rescue pets or feed the homeless, no one ever understood why "I wasted" my money on those things, I would cry and beg and beg and beg for a buck so that I could donate and help some way some how, that was 30 years ago when a dollar went a whole lot farther than it does today, even in such short time period I noticed how the cost for meals and transportation has more quadrupled since then, yet I noticed the majority of individuals who help the homeless still only give a dollar; as if this is the standard legal rate for homelessness? I know for a fact each and every single person is grateful for what they receive, but lets be honest with ourselves, jingle change and dollars just are not going to cut it this winter, most of the individuals out their have families and kids, they live out of their cars and shelters and they ARE truly trying their hardest, they are what is called the working poor, the reason why we only predominately see adults is because they suffer the humiliation so their children do not have too, so the kids friends have no clue, I figured its about time we raised the value of our donations, because honestly a dollar just cannot feed a family of three. It won't kill us permanently to sacrifice our coffee once a week and take those few dollars and give it to someone else, who cares what we think they will use it for, it is not our place to judge, nor do we know what road has lead them there, all I know is this, every soul out their should be looked at as family, the wind can blow and one day it could be anyone of us in that same position, I know from experience, and guess what? A dollar just isn't going to cut it anymore. ~Will "Story" Rivera In The End: What Matters Most www.JourneyingWithin.com [http://www.JourneyingWithin.com]

episode You ARE Amazing! Your Life IS Meaningful artwork

You ARE Amazing! Your Life IS Meaningful

We speak about gratitude daily, be thankful for what’s in our life, we all know that gratitude unlocks abundance, the more grateful we are for what we have, the things we receive, the people in our lives, the gifts, the air in which we breathe, the more we will be blessed with everything. So why is it we forget to be thankful for the one single person who has played the largest instrumental role in our lives.... OURSELF When was the last time we really appreciated how far in life we have come on this journey, every step we have taken, every tear that has fallen, every act of kindness and anger all is apart of our self and needs to be nurtured and made aware of and given THANKS. Showing our self gratitude puts us on the same playing field as other souls who have contributed to our progress on our journey. This concept varies for each individual, not everyone can swallow this, for me this went against all self-depreciating modesty I have cultivated in my life. I had to keep reminding myself over and over and over again - “If I am willing to to acknowledge the role others have played in my accomplishments, both big and small, then it is not only fair but demanded by myself, that I acknowledge and give gratitude to my efforts as well. Without our unique participation, nothing could even begin, because when it comes to achieving our dreams and the journey of self discovery does not even happen without our efforts contributing. Every choice we make is worthy of our thanks! This is exactly how self appreciation and self love develops, we get to the core of who we really are by becoming aware daily of what we do, we give thanks to ourselves with deep conviction, because we are worthy of our own love and encouragement and we ultimately give ourselves permission to SHINE. ~Will "Story" Rivera Excerpt from the book - In The End: What Matters Most - Available in PDF form and softcover. www.
