Description

In which, aboard the screw steamer "Rangoon," Phileas Fogg and his companions traverse the scenic islands and coasts of the Bay of Bengal and the Strait of Malacca while the inscrutable detective Fix quietly pursues them with a secretive purpose. Meanwhile, Passepartout, unaware of Fix's true intent, amusingly misinterprets the detective's vigilance as the surveillance of a loyal agent from the Reform Club, all the while witnessing the steadfast calm and enigmatic nature of his master amidst the voyage’s changing fortunes.
